These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at [https://dentcircle.in] (the “Platform”), the services offered through the Platform, and any related applications, products or services provided by DentCircle (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Platform.
By registering, creating an account, submitting listings, claiming a profile, using the Platform’s features or otherwise accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DentCircle.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
User or You: any person or entity accessing or using the Platform.
Vendor: a registered business, professional or service provider listed on the Platform.
Listing: content published on the Platform representing a Vendor or service (including business details, images, attachments, and descriptions).
Claim: the process by which a User requests administrative control of a Listing or Vendor profile.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account. You agree to update your information promptly to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized use, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
You agree not to engage in any activity that:
Violates applicable laws, regulations or the rights of any third party;
Submits false, misleading, defamatory or fraudulent information;
Posts content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights;
Uploads viruses, malware or other harmful code;
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts;
Uses the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or to facilitate illegal transactions.
DentCircle reserves the right to remove content and, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions.
By creating or submitting any Listing or content to the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to do so.
You grant DentCircle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.
All Listings must comply with our content guidelines and applicable law. DentCircle may edit, refuse or remove any Listing at its discretion.
The Platform provides a claim procedure that allows Users to request administrative control of existing Listings or Vendor profiles. When you submit a Claim, you must provide truthful information and any requested documentation to verify ownership.
DentCircle will evaluate each Claim and may request additional information. DentCircle retains sole discretion to approve or reject Claims.
Upon approval, the claimant will be granted management rights to the Listing or Vendor profile; DentCircle may notify previous managers where applicable.
DentCircle may offer free trials, membership plans, paid listings, promotional placements and other paid services. All fees and payment terms will be described on the Platform and are subject to change.
The Platform currently offers a 3-month free access trial plan. After the trial expires, Users will be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan if required for continued access to premium features.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay, WooCommerce). By purchasing a paid plan you agree to their terms and consent to the transfer of payment information necessary to process the transaction. DentCircle does not store full payment card details.
Refunds: unless otherwise stated, paid fees are non-refundable except in limited circumstances (e.g., duplicate payment or technical error) as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may change prices, add or remove plans, and run promotions at our discretion.
All rights, title and interest in and to the Platform, its design, text, graphics, software and other content (excluding User-submitted content) are owned or licensed by DentCircle. All rights are reserved.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, or publicly display any proprietary content from the Platform without our prior written permission.
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed on the Platform, please contact us at support@dentcircle.in with a detailed notice.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and share personal data. By using the Platform you consent to such collection and processing and to the transfer of information outside your country of residence where applicable.
11.1. The Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DentCircle makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform’s accuracy, reliability, suitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11.2. DentCircle does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Third-party integrations and links are provided for convenience and not warranted by DentCircle.
12.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DentCircle, its officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
12.2. DentCircle’s total aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of or related to these Terms shall be limited to the amount you have paid to DentCircle in the 12 months prior to the claim, or INR 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees), whichever is greater. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DentCircle and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, demand, liability, loss, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
14.1. DentCircle may suspend or terminate your account, restrict access to the Platform, or remove content at any time for violation of these Terms, for requests by law enforcement, or for any reason at DentCircle’s sole discretion.
14.2. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Certain data may be retained after termination for legal, tax or operational purposes per our Privacy Policy.
14.3. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination (including outstanding payments or indemnities).
15.1. DentCircle may modify or discontinue the Platform (or any part of it) temporarily or permanently at any time without notice.
15.2. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, products or services that are not owned or controlled by DentCircle. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, privacy practices or terms. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
17.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in [Insert City], India. Where required, you and DentCircle agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and DentCircle regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without DentCircle’s prior written consent. DentCircle may assign its rights and obligations to affiliates or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
