You grant DentCircle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and distribute your public content on the Platform.
When a user submits a claim to manage or own a previously created vendor profile or listing, we may request identity and ownership verification documents (e.g., government ID, business registration, utility bill). These documents will be processed only for claim verification purposes and retained only as necessary to evaluate and document the claim. Sensitive elements of such documents should be redacted where appropriate. We will treat these documents as personal data and protect them in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When a dentist creates a profile, we use name, contact details and business information to display the profile publicly and enable search and contact.
When a dentist claims a profile, we request verification documents; we process those documents only for approval and record-keeping.
When a user signs up for the 3-month trial, we record membership start and expiry dates and enable membership features accordingly.
Use a unique, strong password for your DentCircle account.
Do not share account credentials.
