As an Associate Dentist, you will:
You will examine patients, understand their dental problems, and plan treatment in a clear and ethical way.
Whenever required, cases will be discussed with senior doctors before starting treatment.
You will communicate treatment options, costs, and timelines to patients in a simple and respectful manner.
Proper documentation and case records are important and must be maintained.
Basic dental procedures include treatments commonly done in general dental practice, depending on your current skill level, such as:
You are not expected to perform procedures beyond your competence.
Complex cases are always discussed with senior doctors before proceeding.
Based on your experience and learning progress, you may get exposure to:
Learning is gradual and guided.
Strict attendance policy, Presence is mandatory as per assigned schedule.
In-time and out-time will be recorded through biometric attendance. Salary calculations will be based on biometric records.
Only Sunday is a holiday. All other days are working days unless officially approved.
The first month will be considered a probation period.
During the probation month, only 80% of the agreed salary will be paid.

This is a part-time evening shift role at the GB Palya clinic. Compensation is based on clinical skills across dental departments and patient communication ability.
♦ Skills required: OPD examination, case history, patient communication in Kannada, scaling and polishing, oral hygiene instructions, basic documentation.

♦ Skills required: Access cavity preparation, understanding canal anatomy, assisting or performing RCTs under guidance, final impressions, OPD management.
